  • Orders should ship the same business day for most in stock items, as long as the order is placed by 3:00 PM PST. Orders after that time will be processed the next business day.
  • If your purchase date falls on a weekend, it will ship the next available business day. Depending on the region of the shipping address, delivery times may vary.
  • During the holidays time, the order processing time may extend to 3-5 business days.
  • Once your order begins its journey to you, the tracking information is generated and you will be notified via email.
  • Note: Shipping and arrival may be affected by observed holidays or carrier peak periods.

All orders, with some exceptions, are shipped from our warehouse based in Phoenix, AZ, USA by FedEx, UPS, Amazon Logistics, United States Postal System (USPS), or by other Couriers as we find available.

Shipping to US customers in the USA (excluding Alaska & Hawaii) is free.
Shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, and Canada is subsidized and you will be provided with this lowest-cost shipping at the time of checkout.
For all other international customers’ shipping costs will be provided at the time of checkout.

Shipping times may vary depending on your location. Typically domestic shipments arrive within 1 week and international shipments can arrive within 2-3 weeks. Unforeseen circumstances do occur which may delay your order.

US orders are shipped via USPS, Amazon Logistics, and UPS, and are estimated to arrive within 3-12 business days, unless otherwise noted.

Orders will be shipped within 2 business days (excluding weekends). Upon being shipped tracking information will be sent to your via email and updated in your account order history. Please check your junk mail or spam folder if you cannot find this email. You can use track your shipment through the main carriers’ websites such as usps.com and ups.com.

We ship worldwide. Major locations like the UK, Germany, and Australia usually receive orders fairly quickly (not all items).

Estimated delivery times are not guaranteed due to the delays the shipment may experience clearing customs and other unforeseen circumstances.

Additional taxes or duties may be due upon delivery based on your country’s laws.
If your order has not arrived please check with the shipping courier as there is likely taxes or duties due that need to be paid before it is delivered.

The customer is responsible for entering the correct address for orders. Packages that are returned to us due to incorrect addresses will be re-shipped at additional cost to the customer. Return shipping charges that are incurred due to incorrectly addressed packages will be paid by the customer.

If a package is un-deliverable, the customer is responsible for any return shipping charges and for cost of re-shipping a package when required.

PHYMAT is NOT responsible for tracking of the package status once the tracking number has been provided. We are not able to contact the courier for you for any courier issues that may arise including, but not limited to: late shipment or lost package. It will be the responsibility of the courier as they are the one processing and delivering your package. Please contact the courier for updates using the tracking number provided to you for any shipping issues.
