Seems to be working well

Seems to be working well. Went down from PEMF to this because of learning I had a very sensitive nervous system and couldn't handle the PEMF. The mat seems well made, the controller looks like it's from a 1950s James Bond movie, very large and "simple", super non-tech, but does the job. I think for the price, it's a good product and look forward to years of good therapy to help with inflammation and calming my nervous system.As I've read, I'm slowly conditioning myself to increasing the power/heat over the next month. Off to a good start!

Great purchase!

My wife has been using it every night for her lower back pain, which is. She started going to a chiropractor last week but was already feeling better and is improving much faster than the doctor expects. I’ve used myself, and it is so relaxing asleep every time

We Love these mats!

We Love these mats! Here, we have one, elderly, paraplegic and one, worn out old man who can tell you, these are great! When a crystal's molecular structure is changed, it gives off energy. That energy, plus the infrared heat aids healing and reduces inflammation. Every bit as effective as the mineral filled heating mats that charge 3 times, or more, money for them.

I’ve been using this as I recover from hip socket

I’ve been using this as I recover from hip socket surgery and use this to do my exercises in on a firm mattress bed. It has been a blessing to me and my visiting family members that also need a little pick me up. This matt is just more than I imagined it would be. Absolutely recommend just for every day living!

I love my 5 gems mat, it’s amazing! My shoulder is bone on bone and hurts all the time, after lying on my mat for 40-60 minutes every day has made the pain nearly disappear. I usually play a meditation while on the mat so it’s helping with my stress level too. I am so very happy with it.

Would recommend for tight muscles
This crystal mat is really nice. It is thick and heavy, and each chamber is filled to the max with crystals. Despite this, I found it comfortable to lay on. It takes about 15-20 minutes to heat up. It is winter now and about 35 degrees outside. When I laid on this mat it was nice and toasty. It left me feeling energized like I had been outside sunbathing. It does smooth tense muscles. My husband said it helped him to loosen tight muscles and eased his bone and joint pain.

Work on lower back, knees, ankles, and cramps
If you have lingering aches and pains, whether they be from working or just getting older, this thing is magic. It's perfect you don't have to work with high heat because it penetrates so well. I used it on my lower back the day after deadlifts and it reduced my recovery time by half. The timer works and so you don't have to be concerned about it staying on. Knees, back, ankles, even cramps, it works on all of it.

Bought the full-sized mat in February 2022 and am so glad that I did. Comes with an easy-to-use controller, the storage case is quality and it allows me to have my whole body get the benefits. Deep tissue massage and sleep like a baby
I am really happy with this purchase and my clients love it. It’s the extra layer of comfort and pain relief my regular electric table warmer did not provide. It feels like the sun warming your body. Clients comment that they have less soreness after a deep tissue massage and sleep like a baby after a session that evening since I have been using this mat.

Great heating pad at an affordable price!

I really love this heating pad. It is a little stiff but I got used to it. I use it while sitting on my reclining sofa and it greatly helps my neck and back pain and muscle spasms.
