30-Day Money-Back Return Guarantee

Rest Assured, we stand behind our brand and the quality of the products we sell. At PhymatLife, all purchases are covered by our Product Return and Warranty Policies.

The 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee is our way of ensuring complete satisfaction with our products. If you are not satisfied with the mat for any reason, then let us know within 30 calendar days of purchase. We will send it back for a refund equal to the price of the product you paid minus the shipping fee.

  • For Defective Products/Dead On Arrival (DOA) Products, you can choose to replace, exchange, or get a full refund within thirty (30) days prior.
  • For products that are not satisfactory and are not defective or DOA, you can return them to us within thirty (30) days with the return shipping label at the buyer’s cost.
  • To honor your personal product return, you must return PHYMAT™ products in new condition with all original materials included with the shipment. Once the product is received, a refund will be processed.
  1. 30-day returns require the product to be in working and original condition.
  2. To return the product, please e-mail support@phymatlife.com for an RMA (return merchandise authorization) and return shipping code. The customer must provide the order number, order confirmation, or any valid proof of purchase containing the order date.
  3. After receiving a reply with a returnRMA#, please send the product within 30 days, in the original box to the address you provided.
  4. Make sure your RMA# is outside the box.
  5. All contents (controller, covers, instruction manual, handbag, etc.) included with the product must also be included with the return.
  6. The package can then be shipped to the PHYMAT warehouse.
  7. Once the product is received in our warehouse, it will then be tested to confirm functionality and condition.
  8. After the condition is confirmed, we will then proceed to refund the purchase price (minus shipping).

There are a couple of restrictions you should be aware of:

1. Customers are responsible for both shipping to you and return shipping costs.
The truth is that we paid the shipping fee even though you received free shipping.
2. We cannot accept returns of damaged or contaminated products or those used in pets or smoke environments.
  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be returned in the good condition that you received without smell, stains, or damage. It must also be in its original packaging.
  • Products returned without a separate shipping box or without the original box will be refused.
  • The shipment is considered the customer’s property and responsibility until it is received by PhymatLife. The customer is responsible for monitoring and ensuring their shipment is received by PhymatLife. Please keep your tracking number on hand to monitor your shipment.

When PhymatLife received the returned items, we would issue your refunds after the inspection. Refunds take about 5-10 business days from the date PhymatLife.com issues the refund to show up in the cardholder’s account. PhymatLife will only issue the refund to the card originally used to place the order.

* Please note shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
