Flexible to use for pain of legs, hips, and also joints

If you have lingering aches and pains, whether they be from working or just getting older, this thing is magic.
It’s perfect because you don’t have to work with high heat because it penetrates so well. I used it on my lower back the day after deadlifts and it reduced my recovery time my half.
The timer works and so you don’t have to be concerned about it staying on. Just keep it clean and dry and you will have a magical item on your hands. Knees, back, ankles, even cramps, it works on all of it.

Should you use a heating pad for back pain?
Back pain is a common problem that can affect a person’s work and personal life. A heating pad can soothe an achy back, increasing blood flow, which enables healing and immediate relief. This is not just a therapy but has been approved by many customers of PHYMAT and Acada Heating pads.
I have used these types of heating pads for 4 years and love them for my back pain. It gets hot very quickly, and the heat level is adjustable which is great. It gets so hot you can burn yourself if not careful. I use settings between 40-50 and you will work up a a sweat with that. It goes up to 70 if you like it warmer so no worries that it won’t be warm enough. The size is perfect. My entire core (bum to shoulders and side to side) fits within the heating surface for maximum skin exposure. It’s not soft so I would not recommend sleeping on it, but the heat really penetrates into the muscle tissue and helps with muscle pain and tension. I recommend this pad for everyone with aches, pain or even poor circulation. After 20 minutes my cold hands and feet are warm without being on the pad just due to increased circulation. I use mine daily and even travel with it. The carrying case is a bonus!
