I love my new PHYMAT Amethyst Infrared PEMF Mat Pro 70x31 in.
It heats up slowly as the PEMF works. Then the PEMF switches off and the Mat gets very warm. The mat is pretty wide so you can relax and open (externally rotate) your arms and shoulders. The shortest setting is four hours but I just use it about 45 minutes to an hour. The top 8-10 inches doesn't heat up- I'm not sure if this is planned or a fault.

I started using the mat on my friends recommendation. It has helped me tremendously to relax and let the heat and crystals to their job. What a great invention!

The mat has worked as expected. This is my 2nd such mat with far infrared heat, red light, and PEMF. The only issue is that the PEMF is not adjustable to different frequency like my previous one.

Now I placed my Phymat on my recliner.
Now my recliner is even more comfortable!
Now I’m falling asleep even faster.

This is a fantastic product. After using it for 3 weeks now twice a day I notice my muscle aches have diminished by 100%. The bruises around my ankles faded away and no more pain. I got a bad bruise on my backhand and scraped the skin badly to bleed. I healed and the bruise is gone in 7 days. Amazing. Usually it takes 2 to 3 weeks to heal. At 78 years old my skin is very thin and skin tears or punctures easily with bruises. I do sleep better now. I know it's working. If I lay very still I can feel very slight rays of vibration or something like slightly tingling sensation. This mat is the best investment I have ever made for my old body to heal. I love it. It is a God send.

Loving the Purple Mini Far Infrared Amethyst Mat...it is perfect for work. I use it on my back while I work. It is the perfect size.

I bought this on a whim during a tough time in life as a way to invest in some self care. I didn’t do too much research on PEMF, but found the purple beautiful. I LOVE it! It’s one of the most used things in my home. I put it in my living room, and lay on it daily, often more than once a day. The heat setting is so cozy that I often fall asleep on it. I nap on it often, but also sleep 6-8 hours on it regularly. I don’t turn it up past 55. The 70 setting is very warm once the mat comes up to temp. 45-55 is perfect during the Midwest winter, 20-45 if you just want a tinge of warmth. I have a drafty old home, work night shifts, and struggle with falling and staying asleep. This mat puts me right to sleep all the time. It’s large, I’m 5’7” 250lb and I fit comfortably on it with my cat. It’s also got a really pleasant firmness from the rocks packed tightly inside. I leave it set up on a couch most of the time. Would recommend this to anyone who struggles with sleeping. I have a pillow and a faux fur blanket I keep on it. I’m always careful to turn it off once I get up. My cat uses it all day as a nap spot when it is turned off. I cover it with the faux fur blanket and keep the white cover on it so he doesn’t claw into the mat, there is a pad and blanket between him and it. I’ve had it 5-6 months and absolutely it’s been the best purchase of the year for me. Highly recommend. I can’t exactly quantify what the PEMF does. But this mat has become a relaxing and necessary part of my daily life. Enough so that I wanted to leave a review. I love this thing! I used a coupon code to buy it, and it is definitely earning its keep.
